Questa è una delle poche notizie degne di nota in un settore da tempo boccheggiante.
Per UE si intendono quei paesi con un alto livello di regolamentazione, come Italia e Spagna ad esempio. Almeno credo.
La strada è ancora lunga ma, nella nota, leggo:
